Alongside is a virtual body-doubling app. Pick something to work on, set how long, and Bud-e — a little ASCII buddy — works alongside you and keeps the time, so focusing feels less lonely. No streaks, no pressure.
From the home screen, choose an activity (or your own thing), set a length or just say “work with me,” and tap start. Bud-e keeps you company with the occasional word of encouragement until time’s up.
