Overview

WakeRight is a sunrise alarm clock app for iOS. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data WakeRight collects, how it is used, and your rights.

Data We Collect

WakeRight collects anonymous, aggregated analytics to help us understand how the app is used and to improve it. This data includes:

Device type and operating system version
App version
Anonymous usage events (e.g., "sunrise started", "alarm added") with no personally identifiable information
Analytics are processed by TelemetryDeck, a privacy-first analytics provider based in the EU. All user identifiers are cryptographically hashed on-device before being transmitted. TelemetryDeck does not track users across apps or websites.

Data We Do Not Collect

WakeRight does not collect, store, or transmit:

Your name, email address, or contact information
Your location
Health or fitness data
Photos, files, or other personal content
Advertising identifiers (IDFA)
Accounts

WakeRight does not require or support user accounts. There is no sign-up, login, or profile.

In-App Purchases

WakeRight offers an optional one-time in-app purchase (WakeRight Pro). All purchase transactions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store any payment information.

Data Storage

Your alarm settings, preferences, and reading history are stored locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to any server.

Third-Party Services

The only third-party service used is TelemetryDeck for anonymous analytics. No data is shared with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties.

Children's Privacy

WakeRight does not knowingly collect any data from children under 13. The app does not require any personal information to use.

Changes to This Policy

If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
